What should I wear to the Auction?
Capture the excitement of The Championships at Marist by donning your Wimbledon Whites - as participant or spectator! Don your tennis uniform (to channel your inner John McEnroe) or grab your dress pants and blouse like the Duchesses of Sussex and Cambridge, you’ll be in good company! Above all, please wear what you like best for an evening of fun and sophisticated style.
How can I volunteer?
We can always use your help. We need pre-and post-auction volunteers as well as help the night of the auction. Your gift of time makes this great event happen!
How can I donate to Auction?
It’s simple! You can download our Auction Donation form and complete the required information. Once completed, attach the form to your donated item and bring it to the Marist front office at 1900 Kingsley Road in Eugene (during regular business hours, 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m). If you need us to pick up your donation, call Katie Underwood at (541) 284-7506 to make arrangements.
What can I donate to the Auction?
We are looking for a wide array of NEW items for both Silent and Live portions of the auction. Silent Auction items range from gift certificates for stores/restaurants and some services, to themed baskets or events or weekend getaways. Live Auction donations range from financial support to help underwrite packages to vacation homes, airline miles, tickets to major sporting or entertainment events, and group dinners or activities. If you have a unique idea or item you are interested in donating for the Live auction, please contact Caryn Kimble.
What is the deadline to donate?
If you wish to donate to the Live Auction, please contact Caryn Kimble as soon as possible. The deadline to deliver your Silent Auction donation is April 19.
What do Auction proceeds support?
